Whipped Honey Lemon Ricotta

Directions

  1. Place Farm Boy™ Ricotta in sieve over a bowl and drain, refrigerated, for 30-90 minutes.
  2. Place drained ricotta in medium bowl and add Farm Boy™ White Liquid Honey, whipping cream, lemon zest, and juice.
  3. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Place in bowl and serve with fruit.

  • 1 container (400 g) Farm Boy™ Ricotta
  • 3-4 Tbsp Farm Boy™ Pure Liquid Honey or to taste
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
  • assorted fruit
