Fish and sweet and savoury marinades go hand in hand. Our sweet and spicy togarashi salmon has very balanced flavours: sweetness from our Farm Boy™ Amber Maple Syrup and salt and umami from the soy sauce. Topping the salmon with our Farm Boy™ Togarashi Seasoning gives it a bit of heat and crunch from the sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
This recipe is perfect for those busy weeknights! You only need to marinate the salmon for 15 minutes before baking. While the fish is in the oven, you can put together a fresh green salad and you’re ready to eat!
