Pumpkin Spice Cream Trifles
Directions
- For the pumpkin cream: In mixer bowl, beat Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese, pumpkin puree, sugar, Farm Boy™ Organic Ground Cinnamon, and Farm Boy™ Ground Ginger until smooth. Reserve.
- For the whipped cream: In mixer bowl, combine 35% cream, icing sugar, and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- In small glasses or individual trifle dishes, layer the cubed Farm Boy™ Pumpkin Spice Loaf, pumpkin cream, whipped cream, and toasted pumpkin seeds.
- Finish with cream layer and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
- Serve and enjoy!
