Potato Gnocchi with Brown Butter and Sage

Directions

  1. Boil Farm Boy™ Potato Gnocchi in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. In large frying pan, heat Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook gnocchi until golden.
  3. Add Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers and butter.
  4. When butter is melted, add sage leaves.
  5. Cook until butter starts to brown and sage is crispy.
  6. Season with Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel and black pepper.
  7. Serve immediately.

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter

  • black pepper to taste
