Enjoy sweet and savoury pulled pork barbecue sandwich with this simple recipe for four. It’s a uniquely Canadian twist on a Southern classic that will leave you singing “O Canada”!

Directions

  1. Warm up Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Pulled Pork according to package directions.
  2. For the dressing: In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Farm Boy™ White Wine Vinegar, and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. For the coleslaw: In medium bowl, combine green and purple cabbages, carrot, green onion, and parsley.
  4. Toss coleslaw with dressing and mix to combine.
  5. Toast Farm Boy™ Brioche Hamburger Buns and place a slice of Havarti cheese on bottom bun.
  6. Place Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Pulled Pork over cheese and top with coleslaw.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 package Farm Boy™ Maple BBQ Fully Cooked Pulled Pork (400 g)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Farm Boy™ White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrot shredded
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage shredded
  • 2 Tbsp green onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
  • 3-4 Farm Boy™ Plain Brioche Hamburger Buns
  • 4 slices Havarti cheese
