Enjoy this chef-inspired recipe using freshly dressed trout and colourful produce from a Farm Boy grocery store near you!

Directions

  1. Start with one fresh dressed rainbow trout and cut diagonal slits along the length of the fish, about 2" apart, down to the bones. Place a thin slice of fresh lemon in each unit.
  2. ub fish with Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, then season generously with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.

  4. Remove from the grill with a long spatula and set aside for 5 minutes before serving.
