Creamy pumpkin and chicken tagliatelle is a delectable Italian-inspired dish that combines the rich, velvety taste of pumpkin with tender pieces of succulent chicken.
Directions
- Cook Farm Boy™ Artisan Tagliatelle Pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve.
- In large frying pan, cook Farm Boy™ Maple Wood Smoked Bacon until almost crispy. Drain and reserve. Save a bit for garnish.
- Add 1 Tbsp bacon fat to the pan and add chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until golden brown.
- Add reserved bacon, Farm Boy™ Cream Cheese, pumpkin puree, ¼ cup Parmesan, Farm Boy™ Smoked Paprika, Farm Boy™ Garlic Flowers and milk. Stir until creamy and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss cooked tagliatelle with sauce.
- Serve, garnished with chopped parsley, more parmesan cheese, and reserved bacon.

- 3/4 cup milk
