Citrus Salad with Tangy Kefir Vinaigrette
Directions
- For the vinaigrette: In blender, place Farm Boy™️ 14% Sour Cream, Farm Boy™️ Plain Kefir, Farm Boy™️ Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Farm Boy™️ Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Farm Boy™️ Barrel Aged Feta, Farm Boy™️ Garlic Flowers, Farm Boy™️ Dijon Mustard, Farm Boy™️ White Liquid Honey, salt, and pepper.
- Process until smooth.
- For the salad: Use a sharp knife to cut peel and pith from grapefruit, oranges, and clementines. Slice into 1/4” rounds and arrange on platter.
- Sprinkle arils and mint over citrus.
- Drizzle with kefir vinaigrette.
- Serve and enjoy!
