Our Canadian Atlantic cocktail oysters come to us from the coast of Nova Scotia. They’re hand-selected to be consistent in size and are cleaned for optimal enjoyment! Shuck and serve them with a little lemon juice, horseradish, hot sauce, or a classic mignonette.
