Overnight Oats Your Way

Directions

  1. Scoop about ½ cup Farm Boy™ Organic Large Flake Oats into a mason jar or reusable glass container. Add 2 tsp chia seeds.
  2. Combine these dry ingredients and add 2/3 to ¾ cup milk of your choice and preferred sweetener. 
  3. Cover your oats with a lid and keep them in the fridge to soak overnight.
  4. When you’re ready to go, just grab your container from the fridge, add more milk until it reaches your desired consistency, top with fresh fruit, nuts, or seeds, and enjoy!

Blueberry

Combine ½ cup oats with 2/3-¾ cup milk, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, 1 Tbsp almond butter, ¼ cup fresh blueberries.

Carrot Cake

Combine ½ cup oats with 2/3-¾ cup milk, 2 tsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 Tbsp grated carrots, ½ Tbsp shredded coconut, 1 tsp chopped pecans or walnuts.

Pumpkin Pie

Combine ¾ cup oats with ¼ cup milk, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 Tbsp pumpkin puree, 1 Tbsp maple syrup, ½ tsp vanilla extract, ½ tsp cinnamon, ¼ tsp nutmeg, ¼ tsp ginger.

Directions
