You don’t have to go to a Sugar Shack to eat this iconic Québécois dessert cake, you can make it at home using our Farm Boy™ Premium Buttermilk Pancake Mix.
This is a self-saucing dessert and it features a decadent maple cream that is poured over the batter before going into the oven. As it bakes, the cake rises to the top and the syrup sinks to the bottom. It is delicious and fun to eat, especially topped with ice cream and berries.
