Directions

  1. Cook Farm Boy™ Linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup cooking water.
  2. Season chicken with Farm Boy™ Fleur de Sel and black pepper.
  3. In large frying pan, heat Farm Boy™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cook chicken until golden.
  4. Add shallots and Farm Boy™ Pickled Roasted Red Peppers and cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add cooked linguine, Farm Boy™ Basil Pesto, and 1/2 cup pasta water. Toss to combine.
  6. Serve immediately, topped with crumbled Farm Boy™ Original Goat Cheese.
