Cooking Method: Grill, Roast, or Braise.
Quick Tips and Instructions:

- Chickpeas (canned)
- Diced Onions, Garlic, Mushrooms, Celery, Carrots, and Sweet Potato
- 1 to 2 Eggs
- Breadcrumbs

Cooking Method: Panfry

- Sauté your veggies together in a pan and season to taste with salt, pepper, Za’atar Seasoning, and oregano.
- Try to add the veggies in the order of their cooking times(1 minute between each).
- Order: onions, garlic, mushrooms, celery, sweet potato, carrots.

- Dried Raisins

- In a pot, sauté onions, garlic, carrots, celery, potatoes until caramelized.
